Charges Against LB Rolando McClain Will Dismiss

As we all knew that Rolando McClain returned to the Dallas Cowboys and was re-signed to the team under a one-year deal last month. Rolando McClain was convicted on misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct in city court last year and appealed to state court for another trial. But now the prosecutors asked the court to dismiss the charges.

McClain was arrested in April 2013 when Decatur police were trying to clear a crowd that had gathered for a softball game. He allegedly cursed at officers and pulled away as they tried to arrest him. Officers responded to the call claiming there had been a fight and found more than 700 people in the park and streets. Rolando McClain Cowboys Jersey. McClain walked past and officer and yelled, "[Expletive] the police!" to the crowd. After a struggle with officers, McClain was taken into custody and released on $1,000 bond.
